Cancelation Policy
All reservations require a credit card to hold. Nothing will be charged unless you cancel or no show to the appointment without a 48 hour notice. The cancellation fee is 30% of the services booked. Our system will automatically charge 50% of the services booked for missed appointments and same-day cancellations.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed on our website or given by our front desk are starting prices only and are subject to change based on the level of stylist, the actual services you receive and whether additional time & product is needed. Upon request, your service provider is happy to provide you with a cost estimate prior to the start of your service.
Reservations made through our online booking system are requests only and must be accepted by our front desk team prior to being confirmed. We will reach out to you if we have any questions or if any conflicts exist with your request.
